1. About E Tutor Expert

E Tutor Expert is an online teacher training platform based in Pakistan. We provide practical, live training programs designed to help online Quran teachers and academic teachers build international teaching careers, including guidance on personal branding, platform setup, marketing, and student acquisition strategies.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or who have the consent of a parent or guardian. By enrolling in our training, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Enrollment and Registration

• Enrollment in any training batch is confirmed only after successful submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable fee.
• Batch schedules, seat availability, and start dates are communicated via our website and WhatsApp channels and may be updated from time to time.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information (including a working WhatsApp number and email address) so we can share class links, updates, and support material.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees, once paid, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, whether during the class, during training, or after training has been completed. By submitting the enrollment form and fee, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

5. Package Limitations

Each training package (Basic, Standard, Premium, or any other package offered) includes specific features as described on our website or enrollment materials at the time of purchase. Access, support, and benefits will be provided strictly according to the package you selected. No claim will be entertained for features, benefits, or support that fall outside the scope of your selected package.

6. Content Protection and Intellectual Property

All training material, including but not limited to videos, live class recordings, assignments, notes, templates, and AI prompt packs, is the intellectual property of E Tutor Expert. This material is provided for your personal learning use only.

Any reproduction, resale, sharing, or distribution of this material without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee job placement, direct student referrals, income results, or specific career outcomes. Any internship opportunities or job-based support offered as part of a package (where applicable) are subject to merit, availability, and the sole discretion of E Tutor Expert. Individual results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, consistency, and market conditions.

8. Service Scope Flexibility

E Tutor Expert reserves the right to modify course content, class schedules, trainers, support methods, and pricing at any time and without prior notice, for the purpose of improving the quality and relevance of the training.

9. Compliance Requirement and Student Conduct

All students are required to behave ethically and respectfully throughout the training, including in live classes and community spaces such as WhatsApp groups. Any form of misconduct, abusive behavior, or violation of group or class rules may lead to immediate termination of access, without refund.

You also agree not to use the strategies, templates, or resources shared during training for spam, harassment, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms (such as marketplaces, social media platforms, or advertising networks).

10. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting the enrollment form and paying the applicable fee, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms, conditions, limitations, and policies of E Tutor Expert as set out in this document.

11. Limitation of Liability

E Tutor Expert and its founder, trainers, and staff will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or issues arising from third-party platforms you choose to use as part of your teaching career.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
